A memorial for serial-killer (Tommy Lynn Sells) 13 year old victim Haley McHone, erected by the Elizabeth Street Neighborhood Association in Floral Park, Lexington Kentucky. Haley was abducted in the park, and killed, and left in an overgrown area to the rear of the park.
